New hours at Main Library
You may have heard about it from the County Commission reports or seen it on the news:The Main Library in Quincy (the William A. "Bill" McGill Library) will have new hours starting
TUESDAY, August 22, 2006.
The hours are:
Tuesday 10AM - 9PM
Wednesday 12Noon-9PM
Thursday 10AM - 9PM
Friday 10AM - 9PM
Saturday 10AM - 9PM
SUNDAY 1PM - 5PM
Monday 10AM - 9PM
In effect, the Library will open an hour later in the mornings, but stay open an hour later at night. We will still open at 12 noon on Wednesdays, however, we will be open later on Friday nights and Saturdays, as well as adding Sunday hours.
The Branches will still maintain their current operating hours.
We hope you will find these hours more convenient for your schedule.
