Regarding: Community Support of Summer Library ProgramFor Immediate Release
Rotary and Dolphins Support Summer Reading
The Capital Rotary Club donated over $4,000 to the Gadsden County Public Library for the purchase of books on the Gadsden County Schools Summer Reading List. The books will be available at the GadsdenCounty Public Libraries in Quincy, Chattahoochee, Havana and the Bookmobile. Additionally the Greensboro Community Library will also receive books. Special Summer Reading Kickoff events will be held at each library, contact the library in your area for more information. The Miami Dolphin
Foundation through coordination with the State Library of Florida will be donating new books for youth who read over the summer in Gadsden County. A coloring contest will also be held and kids can win Miami Dolphin memorabilia. For more information about the Summer Library programs call 627-7106.
