4000+ books read for summer reading!

According to reading logs Gadsden County kids 4000+ books were read and 1000 kids participated in the Summer Reading program activities at the library, in summer school, at churches and outreach locations. Thanks for the support from Gadsden County, Friends of Gadsden County Public Library, Woodmen of the World Lodge 31, State of Florida and Federal LSTA grant for making the Summer Reading Program possible.

GCPL thanks the Gadsden County community for donations

Our deepest appreciation goes to the caring citizens of Gadsden County.
we received 200 books which we will use with our library card drive for 2nd graders in school, and 100 notebooks for teenagers participating in our elder talk programs at West Gadsden High School. Thank you for all you do!
